Southington's Dylan Danko kicked a 20-yard field goal with 4:14 left in the first half, but Kyle Pulek answered with a 24-yard field goal with 18 seconds left to give Cheshire a 24-5 halftime lead.
Connor Butkiewicz threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Dube with 8:35 left in the third quarter to cut Cheshire's lead to 24-11. The two-point conversion run failed.
